2016 Schwannomatosis & NF2 State of the Art Conferences

Join us March 16-18, 2016 for the Schwannomatosis ​Conference at NYU Langone Medical Center and the NF2 State of the Art Conference at the Millennium Broadway Hotel. A dinner reception will be held on March 17 at The Explorers Club, a multidisciplinary professional society dedicated to research advancements, located on the Upper East Side.

Schwannomatosis Conference

The Schwannomatosis Conference will provide clinicians and researchers with the opportunity to discuss the current state of schwannomatosis genetics and pathophysiology as well as the treatment of schwannomas and pain. This will be a working meeting to develop research initiatives and collaborate with the International Schwannomatosis Database.

NF2 State of the Art Conference

The NF2 State of the Art Conference will bring together clinicians and basic scientists with expertise in schwannomatosis and neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2) to share knowledge and interact with colleagues in a relaxed atmosphere. Participants will discuss the latest basic, translational, and clinical NF2 research, as well as multidisciplinary clinical management topics. Selected short platform presentations will focus on new and unpublished data.

Call for Abstracts

Please submit your abstract (500 words maximum; must be novel/unplublished data or observations) to Shiyang Wang at shiyang.wang@nyumc.org by February 15, 2016 to be considered for inclusion in the Rapid Platform Presentations.

Researchers whose abstracts are selected will be notified by February 22, 2016. Registration fees will be reimbursed/waived for presenters of selected abstracts.
