Athletic Training Student Clinical Affiliation Program Application

If you are interested in applying for the Athletic Training Student Clinical Affiliation Program at NYU Langone’s Harkness Center for Dance Injuries, please complete and submit the application below. Your application must be submitted by February 1 for the fall semester (August through December) or July 1 for the spring semester (January through May). We are not accepting applications for our spring 2021 Athletic Training internship.

In addition to submitting your application, please also send the following materials to harkness@nyulangone.org:
