The Cardiology Critical Care Medicine Fellowship, offered through NYU Langone’s Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine, is a one-year program designed for physicians who have already completed a fellowship in cardiovascular disease accredited by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME). The program accepts one fellow each year.

Under the leadership of Doreen J. Addrizzo-Harris, MD, fellowship director, our training fully prepares fellows for a career in cardiology critical care medicine. As a fellow, you receive a well-rounded curriculum that combines comprehensive clinical training through simulation and rotations in our cardiology, medical, and nonmedical intensive care units.

Your clinical training occurs at NYU Langone’s Tisch Hospital, NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, and the VA NY Harbor Healthcare System. You also rotate at NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn.

Our outstanding faculty provide multidisciplinary mentorship and support throughout your training to help you acquire the skills you need to achieve your career goals.

Fellowship Accreditation

Our one-year Cardiology Critical Care Medicine Fellowship is accredited by the ACGME. The program meets eligibility requirements for boards and trains graduates for a career of their choosing in cardiology critical care medicine.
