NYU Grossman School of Medicine’s postdoctoral affairs team helps you evaluate job opportunities and network with peers and potential employers. After you identify a career goal and explore skills useful in that field, you learn strategies to familiarize yourself with the job market.

Throughout the year, scientific professionals offer one-on-one informational interviews with program participants. These mock interviews give you a chance to practice interviewing, discuss your career goals, and ask about specific jobs.

You can also take advantage of the services offered by NYU Wasserman Center for Career Development, where you receive career counseling and help with résumé writing and interviewing. Twice a year, we invite outside speakers to host workshops on job searching, résumé writing, and negotiating.
