I am the Albert Sabin Professor of Molecular Pathogenesis and Co-director of the Breast Cancer Research Program at NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Our research is directed to three major areas: (1) translational regulation of advanced breast cancers and the development of new treatment strategies and therapeutics for advanced cancers; (2) translational regulation of the immune response and applications in the development of immune-oncology therapeutics; (3) and regulation of adult tissue stem cells and tissue regeneration controlled by targeted mRNA decay and translational regulation.
