Vocal Cord Scarring
Example of right vocal cord scarring (arrow). This scar was treated by the placement of a fat graft using microflap technique.
This patient had complaints of difficulty breathing and hoarseness following vocal cord surgery at another institution. Examination revealed scarring together of the vocal cords (arrow).
