Vocal Cord Polyps
This patient had hoarseness, and was found to have early polypoid changes of the vocal cords.
This patient had a history of smoking and complained of hoarseness. Examination revealed vocal cord polyps (arrow). These were excised using microflap technique, with improvement in the voice.
