Vocal Cord Cyst
This patient had a history of hoarseness, and was found to have bilateral vocal cord cysts. The patient underwent microflap excision of these lesions, and had full recovery of their voice. The cysts are demonstrated by the arrows.
This patient complained of hoarseness, and was found to have a right vocal cord cyst (arrow). This cyst was removed using microflap technique.
