New Cleaning Contract

Re: New cleaning contract

Over the past few months, the Environmental Services Department has been conducting a selection process of qualifying major cleaning contractors and subsequently analyzing competitive bids for cleaning and window cleaning services for the School of Medicine. As a result of the work performed, we are pleased to inform you that Collins Building Services has been awarded the new contract for general cleaning and window cleaning services for your areas, effective July 1 st, 2005.

Please be assured that we anticipate no interruption in the services currently being provided to you. However, if a problem arises, we encourage you to call the Environmental Services Department at ext. 35159 immediately so we can rectify the issue as soon as possible.
