The Pediatric Physical Therapy Program functions as part of an interdisciplinary team treating inpatients and outpatients. Rusk's interdisciplinary pediatric program provides related services to children through the New York City Department of Education and through Early Intervention. It also has its own center-based Early Intervention and Preschool Program. The program provides services to children from birth to 21 years of age with a variety of diagnoses including neurological, orthopedic, and developmental deficits.

Our clinical specialist and supervisors treat and consult in all areas, including the Tisch Hospital Neonatal ICU (intensive care unit), and are available for consultations for Tisch hospital patients, including those in the pediatric ICU and the general pediatric unit.
