At their annual fundraising gala, The Seventh District Association presented Marianne Hardart and Lisa Del Guidice with a check for $10,000 to support the Rusk pediatric unit’s child life programming offered Tuesday-Saturday. Mary Wall, CCLS runs medical play groups, procedural preparation and procedural accompaniment with the goals of reducing the negative impact of hospitalization, increasing awareness and understanding of procedures and therapies and increasing developmental appropriate responses to the hospital environment.
