Research Summary
Dr. Evan Nadler joined the NYU Division of Pediatric Surgery in 2004 after completing clinical and research fellowships at the Children?s Hospital of Pittsburgh, where he studied the pathogenesis of necrotizing enterocolitis, the most common and lethal gastrointestinal disease of newborns. Dr. Nadler specializes in minimally invasive surgery for children and obesity surgery in adolescents. He also runs a basic science laboratory investigating diseases of the liver in newborns.
