The Real Estate Division is a component of the department of Real Estate and Strategic Capital Initiatives (RESCI).

The primary responsibilities of this area are providing quality space at an affordable cost to meet the needs of NYUMC's Housing, Faculty Group Practices, Research and Administration departments. Maintaining a high quality of customer service while preserving the value of the portfolio, Real Estate ensures that property acquisitions and operations meet the standards set forth by the Medical Center through the work of its highly skilled and professional staff.
