The Division of Finance & Administration Division is a component of the Office of Real Estate & Strategic Capital Initiatives (RESCI).

The primary responsibilities of the Division include:

• Real Estate Portfolio Financial Management and Administration(commercial and residential off-campus leased and owned properties)
• Real Estate Property Budgets
• Real Estate Revenue and Expense Projections
• Real Estate Payables / Receivables
• Specific Capital Project Financial Management
• Systems Analysis and Development
• Liaison between RESCI and the various departments of the NYU contingency
