*APPLICATIONS ACCEPTED FROM STUDENTS ENROLLED IN LCME ACCREDITED INSTITUTIONS ONLY.   STUDENTS ENROLLED IN MEDICAL SCHOOL ABROAD MUST RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM THE REGISTRAR TO APPLY FOR ELECTIVES.  A REQUEST FORM AND INSTRUCTIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE VISITING STUDENT REQUIREMENTS-NON LCME SECTION.  APPLICATIONS SUBMITTED WITHOUT APPROVAL WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
