Title: The Body as Archive
Anne Golomb Hoffman, Ph.D. is Professor of English and Comparative Literature at Fordham University and an Affiliate Scholar at the Columbia Psychoanalytic Institute. She has published widely in modern Hebrew literature, gender and Jewish studies, and the modern novel. Current research addresses representations of the body in literary and theoretical texts. Her essay, “Is Psychoanalysis a Poetics of the Body?” appeared in the winter ’06 issue of American Imago.
