Dear Colleagues,

IPE is moving to beautiful new offices and classrooms at One Park Avenue (near 33rd Street), 8th Floor, with our colleagues from the NYU Departments of Adult Psychiatry and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. We'll finish out the 2011-12 class year at Bellevue and move in mid-May. In the Fall all classes and most activities will be held at our new venue.

Our move will make it easy for you to find us. We are steps from the 33rd Street stop of the #6 train, and an easy walk from Grand Central Station. As always we'll arrange parking specials nearby for Tuesday night and Saturday classes, as needed.

In the past two years we have changed our name, our corporate structure, and now our location. Of course, many things haven’t changed. We are still a member institute of the American Psychoanalytic Association, committed to its high standards of rigorous training. We’re still affiliated with the Department of Psychiatry at NYU School of Medicine. Our 145 dedicated faculty members continue teaching and supervising new generations of psychodynamic practitioners, educating our 50 psychoanalytic candidates, 25 psychotherapy candidates and 20 Fellows in Psychoanalysis.

We can't wait to show you our new facilities! The IPE faculty, candidates and staff look forward to working with you in the years ahead!
