CONGRATULATIONS to everyone for helping us earn a place on this year’s U.S. News & World Report “Best Hospitals” Honor Roll for the first time in over a decade! Only 21 hospitals, or two-fifths of one percent of all hospitals surveyed by the magazine achieved honor roll status.
We also have three departments that were ranked in the “top 10” nationwide for their specialty:
- The Rusk Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine is ranked #1 in New York and 8th nationally for rehabilitation - and it has the distinction of being ranked in the "top 10" for rehabilitation for 20 consecutive years!
- The Hospital for Joint Diseases is ranked 9th for orthopaedics.
- Neurology/Neurosurgery is ranked 10th nationwide.
