Payment Policies

Patients from New York State who have any of the following carriers may be able to have their insurance billed directly. Patients should check with their carriers and our billing department at 212-263-5746 to verify current status.

Patients from outside New York State or outside the US must include full payment with the specimen. All payments must be made by check or credit card (VISA or MasterCard) in US currency. Checks must be made payable to NYU Medical Center.

All fees are charged on a per sample basis. Separate signed consent forms and requisition/transmittal forms must be submitted with each sample.
