Welcome to the Office of Planning and Business Initiatives

Our office supports the mission of the NYU School of Medicine by providing internal consulting services through planning, creating, implementing and managing School-wide initiatives and policies in an effort to improve efficiency, effectiveness and delivery of quality outcomes for both internal and external customers.

PBI's major business functions include research planning support, faculty and physician recruitment, business planning, performance benchmarking and SoMIT project consulting.
