Patient Advocates

Patient Advocates are available to assist patients and families with questions about, patient rights, concerns, grievances, and hospital policies.
Notary public services may also be arranged through the Patient Representative Department.
Location: Tisch Hospital, Room 179 (first floor past the "A" Elevator Bank and hospital administration office)
Telephone: 3-6906 (from outside the hospital, 212-263-6906)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.to 6:00 p.m.
Patient Advocates may also be paged through the hospital operator.

Concerns and Grievances

Patients or family members who believe that their concerns about patient care or safety have not been addressed are encouraged to contact hospital administration at (212) 263-5500.
