Current Lab Members:

Chahnaz Kebaier, who is from Tunisia, has been a post-doctoral fellow in Jerry Vanderberg’s lab since September 2005. Chahnaz studied immunology at the Pasteur Institute in Paris and received a Ph.D. degree in Immunology from the Pasteur Institute of Tunis. From 2003-2005, Chahnaz was a post-doctoral fellow in Phil Scott’s lab at the University of Pennsylvania. Her work at NYU is centered on the role of antibodies against Plasmodium sporozoites injected into the skin by mosquitoes.
