The New York Hip Center at the NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases is dedicated to providing an integrated team approach to the evaluation and treatment of a wide range of hip disorders occurring in patients of all ages.
Our Mission
A wide variety of surgical and non-surgical treatments have recently become available for the treatment of hip disorders. The New York Hip Center is composed of surgeons with different subspecialty backgrounds, as well as therapists and radiologists who have in common a specific interest in disorders of the hip. This unique collaborative approach allows us to provide care for all conditions that affect the hip whether they are developmental, traumatic or degenerative and allows us to see the issues from a broad perspective. Complex cases and surgical candidates are discussed in a multidisciplinary conference with members of the Hip Center Faculty at which point a treatment plan is individualized.
