The NYU Hospital for Joint Diseases Department of Orthopaedic Surgery is proud to announce a new addition to its academic offerings: The Visiting International/US Physician's Program (VIP).

As an international leader in musculoskeletal health, the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery receives many requests from outside physicians who wish to learn about the state-of-the-art orthopaedic techniques available at NYU HJD. The VIP program will allow both foreign and domestic orthopaedic surgeons to participate in a formal academic observership at NYU HJD.

The goal of the VIP program is for our Department faculty to share their accrued knowledge, expertise, and techniques with outside physicians while improving the Hospital's global exposure as a leader in state-of-the-art orthopaedic care and education.
