The Department would like to thank Steve and Fran Dorsky for their generous gift of $25,000 to improve the Resident Learning Center, located in the 14th floor of the Hospital for Joint Diseases.

Steven Dorsky, MD is a distinguished alumnus of the Department's residency program (1981-1985) and spine fellowship program (1986-1987). Dr. Dorsky also founded the New Jersey Spine Center, a multi-specialty spine care group.

With this generous donation, the Department plans on renovating the Center while also installing equipment to improve air flow. The Center is a vital space for residents and fellows.
