Q: How do I order my NYUHJD business materials (appointment cards, letterhead, envelopes, business cards)?
If this is the first time you are ordering cards, please contact Ana De Jesus at ana.dejesus@nyumc.org. Please email your name exactly as you want it to appear (including initials) with your title, office address(es), and phone/fax numbers. If you would like a combination card (business/appointment) please specify.
If you would like to re-order cards, please make sure your office manager has a supply of IOI forms to order through the NYU print shop:

Q. Who produces announcement cards for a new faculty member?
Please contact Ana De Jesus regarding welcome/announcement cards. These are produced by the NYU print shop and sent to a mailing list of 2,000 physicians in the NYU community.
Q. How do I set up my website profile and join Find-A-Doc?
Once you have received your NYU Email Account and Kerberos ID, you may enter the NYU password protected areas of the website including your profile creation page here:
Please select YES on your profile in the field that asks "Would you like to join Find-A-Doc?" Once the online HR system has approved your credentials you will be automatically added to Find-A-Doc/Physician Referral.
Q. How do I get added to the web pages of the Department Website?
On our Department Website faculty names appear in the patient services pages (spine division, adult reconstructive division, etc.) and the Faculty by Specialty drop down menu on the home page. If you are joining one of the Programs or Centers (like the Spine Center) you will also be added to that Center's website. Once you have created a web profile, the Department webmaster (Ana De Jesus) will add your name to these pages.

Q. How can I participate in the Department Radio show?
If you would like to participate in the Department Sirius Doctor Radio program please email ana.dejesus@nyumc.org with a list of topics that you would like to talk about on air.
