The NYU Medical Center's Housing Services office recognizes the challenges of the search for affordable housing by staff, students, faculty while they work at the Medical Center. Those eligible to apply for Medical Center housing include medical and graduate students, house staff, nurses, faculty, and post-doctoral fellows. The Housing Services office is located at 339 East 28 Street, (between First and Second Avenues), New York, NY 10016. Our telephone number is 212 263 5025. If you live in medical center housing and would like to request a repair, please report it on the Real Estate Service Request form (found in the lobbies of Rubin, Greenberg, and Residential Tower) or, if you live in one of our leased apartments, in whatever manner your building handles them. For further information on repairs, contact Property Management via e-mail property.management@med.nyu.edu or telephone number 212 263 2450.
Rent Billing:
Rent records are overseen by another staff. If you have questions about your housing charges or payroll deduction of rent, write to redf.finance@nyumc.org or call 212-263-2460.
