In addition to individualized treatment programs, the OIOC team assesses stress levels within a company through observation or standardized questionnaires and makes recommendations for improving work satisfaction and productivity. The OIOC works with the Medical and Human Resource Departments to identify teams and departments that might benefit from stress management in order to provide individualized group seminars at the workplace.

Sessions may include other modules such as time management and social skills training when appropriate. The OIOC advocates the development of programs that the organization can maintain after our job is done. The Center's professional staff is prepared to train select personnel in various aspects of cognitive-behavioral education who will serve as in-house resources within the organization.
