Meet Our Staff

Dr. Hugh Randall serves as the Director of the Division of General Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Co-Vice Chairman of the Department. As the former acting chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Emory University Medical Center, he has extensive experience in medical policy and in training the next generation of physicians. He completed his residency at Emory University in Atlanta.

 

 

 

 

Dr. Florencia Polite is a graduate of Harvard College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. After completing her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at NYU, she joined the faculty in 2006. Dr. Polite is an Assistant Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology, board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, and an Associate Director of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program at NYU. Her special interests include the treatment of fibroids, abnormal uterine bleeding, cervical dysplasia, colposcopic evaluations, hysteroscopy, LEEP cone biopsy, operative laparoscopy, osteoporosis, menopause/perimenopause, and well-woman care. Dr. Polite has been the recipient of multiple teaching awards from both medical students and residents including the CREOG National Faculty Award.
