Clerkship Program in Obstetrics and Gynecology

The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology welcomes you to your third year clerkship. This is a six-week clerkship designed to introduce you to an amazing academic specialty. Students will be expected to participate in a program designed to give a broad exposure to women’s health and to focus on details essential to the practice of our specialty.

The program includes direct patient care in inpatient and outpatient settings, lectures specifically designed to provide a solid background in obstetric and gynecologic science, and teaching sessions with faculty and residents in our department.

This website offers a general overview of the program. Students who are currently rotating through the clerkship should login to ALEX for course-specific information.
