Institute for Urban Family Health
The Institute for Urban Family Health strives to improve healthcare for the medically underserved of New York City. The Institute operates 13 health centers and nine healthcare sites for the homeless throughout the Bronx and Manhattan. The Institute is the lead organization in Bronx Health REACH, a coalition to eliminate racial disparities in health outcomes in the southwest Bronx.
