Cancer Clinical Trials

At NYU Langone’s Laura and Isaac Perlmutter Cancer Center, our researchers and physicians perform clinical trials and research studies with the aim of translating laboratory findings into new, more effective treatments for people with cancer.

Our clinical trial portfolio cuts across many different types of cancer and treatment modalities, including immunotherapy—such as immune checkpoint inhibitors and vaccines—and targeted and conventional chemotherapy.

By participating in clinical trials, patients get first access to potentially lifesaving treatments—which can be combined with other therapies or as a valuable option in first-line therapy failure—and advance new knowledge that will help future generations.
