What to bring

One should bring all previous electrodiagnostic test results, imaging reports, the films themselves (printed or on CD), and previous neurological consultation reports from other physicians. If you have had previous surgery related to your condition, it is very important to bring the operative report. It is often prudent to send this information to the office a week or two ahead of your appointment so that it can be reviewed beforehand, and any missing tests can be requested. This allows the doctor to provide you with answers during your first visit, and avoid you having to make a second trip, etc.
