The information will be sent to Dr. Russell's attention. Please fill out as many sections as you can in order to make the email exchange as beneficial as possible.

This service may be useful to patients who would like a brief second opinion prior to surgery, or for physicians who would like to confirm their plan of evaluation and management for peripheral nerve injuries, compressions, and tumors, regardless of whether they would like to officially refer the patient.

Patients and physicians also have the option of calling, but we would suggest faxing any reports beforehand.

Because patients are not being fully evaluated in person, please keep in mind that email opinions do not represent an official consultation, they are only meant as suggested guidance for the patient or physician.
