What to Bring

When visiting the surgeon you should bring in copies of your previous x-rays, CT scans, and MRIs so the surgeon can review them. They can be either on CD or films. Although you should also bring the report, the report alone is not adequate for surgical planning'the films are also required. Previous consultation letters and electrodiagnostic (EMG) reports should also be available.
