Clinical Responsibilities
Dr. Parker graduated medical school from the University of Arkansas in 1998 and neurosurgery residency at NYU in 2004. Dr. Parker was recruited by Dr. Patrick Kelly to be his partner, treating brain tumors with minimally invasive techniques like computer-guided surgery and Gamma Knife radiosurgery. He also treats patients with spine disease, facial pain (trigeminal neuralgia), and performs deep brain stimulation for Parkinson's disease. Dr. Parker also teaches and supervises residents at Bellevue and the Manhattan VA hospitals, specifically regarding brain tumor surgeries.
