Every PGY2 resident must attend either the OTA or AO Basic Fracture Course.
Every resident , beginning with the PGY2 year, is encouraged to conduct research.
Residents from the PGY2 year onward may submit one or more abstracts, after review by Dr. Bosco or Dr. Zuckerman, for presentation at the AAOS and/or ORS annual meeting and will be allowed to attend that meeting if the abstract is accepted.
Any PGY4 resident who has submitted at least one abstract but none of whose abstracts have been accepted may choose to attend AAOS/ORS in either the PGY4 or PGY5 year.
