Each fellow is required, prior to graduation, to:
- Complete three research/writing projects during the fellowship year, including:
- At least one basic science or clinical research project
- Two other projects, either or both of which may be a book chapter, review article, or research project
- Prepare and make one presentation to the staff in June or July
- October 1: Submit proposal for basic science/clinical research project
- January 1: Provide list of remaining three research/writing projects to the Director of the Musculoskeletal Research Center and the Fellowship Director
