Application to the Fellowship Training Program in Infectious Diseases at NYU is through the ERAS website at: http://www.aamc.org/audienceeras.htm

The elements of the application that we require through ERAS are:

• Common Application Form

• Personal Goals Statement, emphasizing your professional goals in the field of infectious diseases, rather than your reasons for choosing infectious diseases as a subspecialty

• 3 letters of reference, including one from the Program Director or Department Chair of your present program

• USMLE/COMLEX transcript

Our deadline for applications is February 15, 2008, and we expect to schedule interviews from late February through the end of April.
