Clinical Responsibilities
Dr. Musheris board certified in both internal medicine and in gastroenterology.
As a pioneer in colonoscopic polypectomy and ERCP, Dr. Musher initiated invasive endoscopy, viz. polypectomy, sphincterotomy, stone extraction and balloon dilation at Bellevue Hospital and NYU-Tisch Hospital. Although he recently retired from the active practice of medicine, he is available for consultation in matters related to finance, medical-legal, and electronic medical records.
Dr. Musher is a Clinical Associate Professor of Medicine at NYU Medical School where he teaches gastroenterology, general medicine and physical diagnosis. He has published extensively in many leading medical journals.
