Rebecca Fenichel, M.D.

Rebecca Fenichel, M.D. is joining the NYU School of Medicine Division of Endocrinology.   Dr. Fenichel’s primary interests include women’s health, thyroid disease, diabetes, and polycystic ovarian syndrome.  

Dr. Fenichel was a Women’s Health Scholar at the Center for Menopause, Hormonal Disorders and Women’s Health at Columbia University.  Prior to that, she completed a fellowship in Endocrinology and Metabolism at Mount Sinai School of Medicine and three years of internal medicine residency at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. 

She is also a graduate of the NYU School of Medicine.  Dr. Fenichel has authored papers on reproductive hormones and metabolism, hypothalamic amenorrhea and osteoporosis.
