Clinical Responsibilities
Dr. Aizer is a cardiologist who specializes in the treatment of abnormal heart rhythms (Electrophysiology). He performs simple and complex ablations (procedures that eliminate these abnormal heart rhythms). His ablation procedures are focused on atrial fibrillation and ventricular tachcyardias. In addition, he performs pacemaker and defibrillator implantations (ICDs), including devices to improve heart failure symptoms (biventricular ICDs). He also performs device removal procedures (device extractions) using laser and other unique extraction technologies. His office practice includes patients with these arrhythmias, as well as patients with other arrhythmias, including cardaic sarcoidosis.
