In an age of increasing globalization, international studies can play a critical role in the personal and professional development of medical students. The International Student Exchange Program provides interested students with an opportunity to go abroad to participate in clinical or basic research, public health initiatives or clinical education programs.

Students can apply to participate in an existing project, or in one of their own creation. Those who are chosen receive a fellowship to cover expenses and also earn elective credits.
