We encourage all healthy, non-smoking women between the ages of 21 and 32 to consider participating in our Oocyte Donation Program. Women of all ethnic backgrounds are welcome, as infertility does not discriminate.

The donor screening process takes two-to-four weeks and begins with an application that includes detailed personal medical information about you and your immediate family. We review this information as part of the initial screening process. In addition to the application, we ask that you send us a recent photograph of yourself (for use by our nursing staff only), as well as a copy of your driver’s license. We also need a photocopy of your passport, social security card, or visa.

All participation is completely confidential.

If your initial application is approved, you will then undergo our comprehensive screening procedures that are mandated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the New York State Department of Health, and the American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) in order to be accepted into our program.

For those who pass our screening, the actual ovum donation process will only begin once our program coordinators have matched you with a recipient or recipient couple.
