Dr.
Goldstein is a recognized expert in spine surgery who offers a comprehensive
surgical approach to all spinal disorders. He is a national leader in
the area of minimally-invasive spine surgery. Dr. Goldstein is on the
forefront of spinal advancements being one of the first surgeons to perform
the life altering procedure of disc replacement surgery on the neck and
lower back. His expertise in spinal surgery includes the neck (cervical)
and back(thoracic and lumbar). In addition, his practice specializes
in degenerative diseases, disc herniation, stenosis, spondylolisthesis,
deformity, trauma, and tumors. Dr. Goldstein also lectures and instructs
other surgeons on the newest surgical advancements and techniques. He
is a member of several professional societies including the International
Society for Study of the Lumbar Spine, the North American Spine Society,
the Cervical Spine Research Society, the Scoliosis Research Society,
and the Spine Arthroplasty Society. Dr. Goldstein has appeared as a consulting
spine expert for ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC, Newsweek, and other media. He has
distinguished himself as an innovator and researcher. Dr. Goldstein has
published numerous articles in both national and international journals
and textbooks.
