Dr.
Errico's area of expertise is in adult and pediatric spine reconstructive
procedures. He is an active presenter and lecturer to the scientific
community and medical societies including the American Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons. He has made many contributions to the literature on a broad
range of orthopaedic surgical issues, with a current research focus on
outcomes of surgical and nonsurgical treatment of degenerative low back
disorders. Dr. Errico has held major committee assignments with the North
American Spine Society and currently serves on the executive committee
for the development of a major multicenter study for surgical treatment
of acute spinal cord injury. His medical interests are spine orthoaedic
surgery, kyphosis/scoliosis, spondylolisthesis, orthopaedic microsurgery,
and pediatric orthopaedic surgery.
