New York State Department of
Health AIDS Institute
An online resource that equips individuals who provide services to HIV-infected individuals
with current, state-of-the-art tools to ensure delivery of the highest quality HIV clinical
care.
NATAP: National AIDS Treatment Advocacy Project
NATAP's mission is to educate individuals about HIV and Hepatitis treatments and to advocate on
the behalf of all people living with HIV/AIDS and HCV. Our efforts in these areas are conducted
on local, national, and international levels.
HIV/AIDS Health Center
HIV/AIDS infects an estimated 5 million people worldwide each year. Up to 950,000 people live

The CDC National Prevention Information Network (NPIN)

and medical practice guidelines for people living with HIV/AIDS, their families and friends,
health care providers, scientists, and researchers.
American Foundation for AIDS Research
AmfAR is a nonprofit organizations dedicated to the support of HIV/AIDS research, HIV
prevention, treatment education, and the advocacy of sound AIDS-related public policy.

Treatment Data Network (ATDN)
ATDN is a national, not for profit organization that provides case management, treatment and
care access educaation and information, client advocacy case management support and counseling,
and other information about AIDS/HIV, and hepatitis.
Clinical Directors Network
Clinical Directors Network, Inc. (CDN) is a not-for-profit network of primary care
clinicians in Community / Migrant Health Centers. CDN's mission is to provide and improve
comprehensive and accessible community-oriented primary and preventive health care services for
poor, minority, and underserved populations. CDN's overall goal is the translation of clinical

An Organization working to reduce the spread of HIV by providing health and prevention services
designed for people who use drugs, including injection drugs users, club drug users, sex
workers, transgenders, women and the homeless.

Works

Immigration Equality
Immigration Equality is a national organization that works to end discrimination in U.S.
