Refill
your Prescription Guidelines
Here are a few
guidelines on using our Refill a Prescription application
- Fill in as
much information as you can
Some
of are fields are optional (Date of Birth, eMail, etc), however we
suggest that you fill in the application completely so that we can
forsee and correct any problem we may have.
- Please have
your prescription number ready
Your
prescription number is the Bold seven-digit number listed above
your name on your prescription bottle or container (see pictures to
the left). It is also listed on your receipt as the Bold seven-digit
number to the right of your name or the number below the medication
name listed as follows.

- Please
place refills for one patient at a time
If
you need to contact us for refills for more than one patient, please
fill in the refills for the first patient, send those refills in,
then click on the link to proceed to the Refill a Prescription page
again to fill in the refills for another patient, and so on.
- Please be advised
that requests made after Friday at 5:00PM will be ready
for pickup by 11:00AM the following Monday.
- Please anticipate
your Prescription needs by sending your request at least 24 hours
in advance in order to process your prescriptions safely, accurately
and efficiently.
