Refill your Prescription

Welcome to our prescription refill page.

Now you can refill a prescription right from your own computer. It's fast and it's easy. All you need is your label or your receipt from your old prescription.

Your prescription number is the Bold seven-digit number listed above your name on your prescription bottle or container. It is also listed on your receipt as the Bold seven-digit number to the right of your name or the number below the medication name listed as follows.

While using our refill a prescription page, please place refills for one patient at a time: If you need to contact us for refills for more than one patient, please fill in the refills for the first patient, send those refills in, then click on the link to proceed to the Refill a Prescription page again to fill in the refills for another patient, and so on.

Please be advised that requests made after Friday at 5:00PM will be ready for pickup by 11:00AM the following Monday.

If you have an emergency situation, you can place your refill request via
E-mail. Please send your request to fpopharmacy@med.nyu.edu and we will have your medication ready within one hour. Emergency requests should be placed Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00AM and 3:30PM. Please include any information that would be included with an online prescription request (i.e. Name (First and Last), Phone number, Prescription number and description, expected pickup time).

Please anticipate your Prescription needs by sending your request at least 24 hours in advance in order to process your prescriptions safely, accurately and efficiently.
