• You must have a prescription filled in the NYU Outpatient Pharmacy: The question you are asking doesn't need to be about medications you are currently prescribed for. However, you must have a past history of prescriptions filled at Outpatient Pharmacy.

• Do not send questions about customer service: This forum is solely for questions about medication concerns and inquiries. For matters about customer service, you can check our Questions And Comments page for contacts.
